The villa has 5 bedrooms  and is located on the edge of the Porto Selvaggio Natural Park, a AONB site, close to the sea and nestled in the middle of an uncotaminated and verdant nature.

The villa can accommodate families, or groups with up to 10 people. 

 

All bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are bright, welcoming, sun-drenched and offer maximum comfort.

The bright living room opens directly to the terrace boasting sea views and has stylish yet comfortable furnishings, comfortable sofas, fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of contemporary artwork.

The kitchen is very spacious, bright and equipped with all appliances.

 

The property has a rooftop solarium and large outdoor spaces, including a 4500+ square meter private garden with secular pines and an outdoor jacuzzi pool.

Outside there are several kitchen areas with wood oven and barbeque

 

Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio, the adjacent countryside or the nearby villages.

Position:

​

Gorgeously located in the middle of Porto Selvaggio Natural Park, steps to the sea. The sandy sugar beach of Padula Bianca is about 10 min drive. Transfer services to/from the beach is available for guests daily.

​

Sandy costal dunes, a Norman sightseeing tower, amazing age-old pine forest in the surroundings.

​

The town of Gallipoli is just 10 minutes away by car.

​

The property is about 45 mins from Brindisi airport.

​​Terms & Conditions

​

- To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received by bank transfer not less than 60 days prior to arrival, or paid cash at the check in (credit card preauthorization  is requested).

 

- The deposit to be paid by bank transfer.

​

- A security deposit of € 1000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

60 days prior your arrival, 50%  deposit refunded
