The apartment has been newly remodeled, it is equipped with modern, stylish yet comfortable furnishings and can accommodate up to 4 guests, groups or families with up to 4 people.

The living room opens directly to the balcony boasting incredible panoramic sea views and is equipped with a metal-framed dining table and chairs, modern sofa (upon request turning into a pull-out double sofa bed), and contemporary artwork.

Two bedrooms are in the house, sun-drenched and with expansive custom closet space. One bedroom has a comfy large double bed (king size), the other bedroom with light green walls is equipped with 2 single beds.

The kitchen is modern,, bright, spacious and equipped with all appliances and utensils.

Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio, the adjacent countryside or the nearby villages.

- To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received by bank transfer not less than 30 days prior to arrival

30 days prior to the arrival: 100% refund

30-14 days prior to the arrival: 50% refund

​

Less than  days prior the arrival: no refund
