The apartment has been newly remodeled, equipped with modern, stylish yet comfortable furnishings and can accommodate up to 4 guests, or families with up to 6 people.

The living room opens directly to the balcony boasting incredible panoramic sea views and is equipped with metal-framed dining table and chairs, modern sofa (upon request turning into a pull-out double sofa bed), and contemporary artwork.

Two bedrooms are in the house, sun-drenched and with expansive custom closet space. One bedroom has a comfy large double bed (king sized), the other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.

The kitchen is bright, spacious and equipped with all appliances and utensils.

​

Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio, the adjacent countryside or the nearby villages.
